Product delivery was fast. product came well packed.within three days from order received the product.after opening the packet all item were found ok without any cosmetic damage. for free installation called the call center. next day technician called for providing the service & set schedule accordingly. The ac comes up with all the accessories to setup except the angle. the outdoor is very heavy. ac is working fine after installation. the Haier ac had variety of advance function to save energy.
