সেলারের সার্ভিস যথেষ্ট ভাল এবং দ্রুত রেসপন্স করেছে। অর্ডার প্লেসের পর দিন ই দারাজের ওয়ার হাউজে পাঠিয়ে দিয়েছে কিন্তু দারাজ ঢাকায় ডেলিভারি দিতে ৬ দিন সময় নিয়েছে। সার্ভিসিং সেন্টারের টেকনিশিয়ান যথেষ্ট ভাল এবং হেল্পফুল।

Delivery was done the next day, and installation was super quick. using for couples of day and performance is satisfactory. Only one observation outdoor unit sounds is little bit higher than other brand but it's tolerable. If Haier improves in this section that will be great
খুবই ভালো করে প্যাকেট করে দ্রুত ডেলিভারি করে দিয়েছে এবং ওদের কাস্টমার কেয়ার নাম্বারে ফোন করার একদিনের মধ্যে ইনস্টলেশন এর জন্য ইলেকট্রিকশিয়ান পাঠিয়ে দিয়েছিল। সবথেকে বড় ব্যাপার হচ্ছে এক থেকে দেড় মিনিটের মধ্যে রুম ঠান্ডা হয়ে যায়। প্রায় দুই মাস ব্যবহার করে রিভিউ দিচ্ছি। হাইলি সার্ভিস পাই। satisfied ❤️
Thanks TVHIUT and Haier for sending me their good product. I ordered on 10 May 23 but it was delivered on 21 May 23. After 5 times calling the delivery partner. Haier installation service was good. They are very helpful.
Product was good.But their Service Provider Man for AC installation was very poor. It was taken 5 hours plus for 1 AC installation. knowledge was very poor for operating & installation.otherwise it was perfect. Really change the service man by replacing quality & Knowledgeable person.
This product is innovative and technology driven. Very much handy to use by remote or mobile App that allow remote functions with Wifi. In addition this ac has self cleaning function that is very much effective. So far experience is good. Only one average experience regarding Haier Installing team: I think the team should be more experienced and professional as i found there device handling knowledge is poor.
Wasn't expecting to get the delivery before eid as the deliveries were delaying in recent times. So I was a bit worried. I constantly messaged the seller and got prompt response. Alhamdulillah got my delivery 2 days before eid. So far, it is going good alhamdulillah. No complain about the product so far. Allahumma Barik. But But. There is an important step the technicians skip during the installation. They don't want to vacuum the pipe. Haier should be strict about that and make this mandatory.
